Mutant creature wip

Due to a lot of stress and a poor sleeping schedule, I decided to take a break and work some on this creature guy. I'm trying to go for a guy that fell into a cave and mutated. Not much of a story concept but I think I've got more brewing in my head. Anyways I'm trying to push my creature concepts a little further.Still a work in progress

one of the assets we had to create for my my materials and lighting class. We had to make 3 assets of which could be anything we found. I found this beat up paper machine, and fell in love. I am responsiable for every aspect of the creation of the model. All of the textures are hand painted in Photoshop. Here is an asset that I made for my train stop scene. Hand painted in Photoshop as well.

final rendering of my final for materials and lighting. the assignment was to realistically create a MBTA Train station. I did the "Brookline Village" T-Stop. Some of the textures are hand painted in photoshop, but most are pictures that have had some manipulation and paint on top of them to create realistic textures. All of the modeling is done by myself.

Eye creature

I got the idea for the concept after watching face off, when an artist was struggling for a concept for the fear of eyes. I came up with a quick concept of how I would take it. the maps for the body of the character are hand painted while everything else is 50% picture and 50% hand painted. The base of the model was modeled in max, and then sculpted for a low poly character, as was our assignment was to produce a low poly character with hand painted maps.
